Welcome to CC Adaptive! We are a customized digital marketing firm that believes marketing should adjust to the needs of businesses, not the other way around. More often than not, we hear how small businesses have to fit the cookie-cutter molds that other marketing firms design with often inconvenient formats. We recognize that every business is unique and so are its needs. Our goal is to adjust within reason to the various businesses we work with to provide the best services possible. Though we are located in Houston, Texas, we do work virtually as well.
Meet Caitlin
(CEO & Founder)
Born in the Mojave desert, Caitlin moved to Texas at a young age and currently resides in Houston. After going through substantial loss in the years following a tragic accident, she took the opportunity to adapt and build from the ashes. She has since developed a non-profit called Be More Adaptive and now runs her own marketing business called CC Adaptive. With years of experience learning to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, she applies those skills and principles to her work today. Whether it’s in relation to her non-profit, marketing campaigns, modeling, acting, or personal life, she makes a point to be flexible and continuously adjust for more successful outcomes. Meet Catrina (Executive Assistant)
This is Caitlin’s best friend and she has joined her as her business partner. They grew up together in a small town in Texas and have been through thick and thin. She’s the perfect match to balance Caitlin and is there to keep things running smoothly. As a young girl, Catrina always had an interest in helping others. She worked in the local hospital for four years, starting as a unit secretary and patient care tech and then moving up to the phlebotomy department as an administrative assistant. One of her passions is educating children. She worked in the special needs department at a local school for four years where she helped teach young children with disabilities. Later she started working at her family childcare center until she was given the opportunity to work alongside her best friend. Together they are able to peruse their other passion helping others. Catrina loves organizing. Whether it’s big events like an anniversary party or even a small staff meeting to organizing living or office spaces. Finding the right place for everything is a hobby for her. Catrina still resides in their hometown and spends her spare time with her family.
